I am twenty-one

I'm legally recognized as twenty-one. No longer need I worry about not being old enough... 21 sounds really old, but I don't feel that old. I have some plans, we'll see how they go.

Sarah and I might go see batman begins or crash on saturday night in this movie theater in oakland that's 21+ cuz it serves drinks, plus it has couches instead of seats.

sunday i will be doing something with julie and possibly chantel and ian... i'm thinking the aleworks for some raspberry ale, yum. although i've really been wanting a margarita. oh, and now i can put that martini shaker and glass i bought to use.

Also, my mom eluded to some present, very mysterious, i am intrigued.

I came in to work and found a birthday card and later that day they surprised me with a cold stone cake that was basically a giant reproduction of an oreo cookie.

now i have to decide where to go to dinner with my family, where to? sarah is a vegetarian, limited options.

the drive back to wc was amazing, along 37 heading into vallejo there were some hazy clouds hanging out and it was dusk and they created this layered rainbow of colors starting with blue closest to the earth and it was reflected in the marshy waters. add some new order and it was supremely transcendent.

i'm on a different sleep schedule, it's bedtime...
